Once you decide to book a unit I will send you a contract from Hellosign that we both execute online with no printing or scanning or cut and paste. When you see it in your inbox, just click on the hyperlink to bring you to the open contract on Hellosign. If you don't see the contract in your inbox please check your spam as it often gravitates over there.
We fill it out online and once done be sure you click submit on the top so it comes back to me. I also sign and submit and we both then receive a signed PDF for our records. At that time you can print it if you choose.
Full payment is due within a couple days if your arrival date is within 6 months. Outside of that time frame, 50% is due upfront and the balance due 6 months prior to arrival. I will send you a reminder and ask you how you would like to pay the balance. You do not have to do the same method as the initial payment.
You also can send a personal check for the balance due at no cost. I request you send it a minimum of Priority mail with the US postal service with NO SIGNATURE required. The cost is only $7.35 and it comes with tracking and two - three day delivery. I have found the regular mail has been taking over a week to get here. Signatures require a trip to the post office for me and since I am not requiring a bank check there is no need for that. Second payments can be sent regular mail as long as you allow a week for it to get here (Chicago area).

Terms of Agreement
There are no cancellations, but we will always try to help rerent whenever possible. I charge a 20% fee to rerent. Travel insurance is highly recommended with full refund policy: www.arubatravelinsurance.com
Check-in time is 4:00pm on date of arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am on date of departure.
Rules and Regulations
Upon check-in, you must present a credit card to the front desk personnel, just like when you rent a hotel room. As a guest, you are responsible for any damage, loss or theft incurred while renting this property. Any damage, which is not considered normal wear and tear, loss or theft caused by you, the renter, may be charged to your credit card. If not charged to you at the time, you agree to pay a bill from Marriott for any damages incurred within two days of receiving the invoice. In order to preserve the integrity of the unit, we ask that it be occupied in a quiet and dignified manner. As guests of Marriott's Ocean or Surf Club, you are expected to respect the premises and its contents and guard against damage, loss or theft.
There is one free mid-week cleaning but you may add more housekeeping at your own expense. All expenses charged to your room are yours to pay for including (but not limited to) phone, room service, purchases at the stores, restaurants and Casino.
No pets are allowed at Marriott's Ocean or Surf Club.
