Just wanted to let you know that I am now offering travel insurance through
Travel Safe to protect your financial investment of timeshare and airfare (if not
using miles). But more important than that is the medical insurance that it
provides. I know many of you know our story but I will tell it briefly if you click on the link.
When you click on the link at the top or bottom of this page it will take you directly to the insurance site where you have the option of three different policies. Each one provides a different amount of coverage but all give you the most important Medical Benefits. While it is great to know that you can get a full refund of any nonrefundable amounts like airfare and timeshare villa purchases, the medical is so important because you just never know.
The main difference in the Classic Plus policy is that it provides two important elements:
You can cancel for ANY reason if you purchase this insurance within 21 days of the first nonrefundable purchase you are covering. If your air was bought a while ago and you are just now getting the timeshare, you might not want to put the air into the policy if you want to get the cancel for any reason portion.
Any pre-existing conditions are included in your coverage so if someone has a heart condition or diabetes or a foot problem for example, as long as you book within those first 21 days you will be covered. That is of course huge for anyone with a pre-existing condition as normally those are exclusions for coverage in most policies.
